Historic Park Avenue® (HPA) was formed in 2006. It is dedicated to providing guidance to community groups and preservation advocates who are focused on creating and preserving individual landmarks and historic districts.

More specifically, but not exclusively, Historic Park Avenue offers:

• Consultation and guidance in the preparation of applications, documents and materials for the purpose of obtaining landmark designation and/or historic district status.
• Assistance in the preparation of written and verbal remarks to be presented to the appropriate government agency.
• Introductions between likeminded individuals and organizations.
• Assistance with community outreach.
• Assistance in organizing meetings.
• Advocating for the preservation of historic buildings and neighborhoods.
